    Vegan Pear Cake

Slice of Vegan Pear Cake on a dish with tea cup and pears in the background.

Apples get a lot of attention this time of year, but let's not forget about pears! Pears are my husband's favorite, so I felt compelled to create a dessert putting them in the spotlight.

What I love about this cake is it's simplicity! It's a humble, unfrosted one-layer cake, but I promise you'll fall in love at first bite. This one is bursting with juicy pear chunks and flavored with just a hint of cinnamon. SO GOOD!

Slices of Vegan Sweet Potato Pie in a pie plate.

I'm just going to say it: my vegan sweet potato pie is even better than traditional sweet potato pie! This pie features a base made with maple syrup, coconut milk, sweet potatoes, and — something you won't find in traditional sweet potato pie: spices! You're totally welcome to leave the spices out if you're a purist, but if you give the recipe a try as written, I know you'll love it!

    Vegan Apple Pie

Slice of Vegan Apple Pie with apple and pie dish in the background.

Traditional apple pie is almost vegan. Almost! It's one of those dishes where it can be vegan, but you've got to watch out for questionable ingredients like butter or lard in the crust, or sugar that's been processed using animal products.

My apple pie recipe is 100% vegan, and the accompanying post will tell you all about what ingredients you'll need to buy with care. It's also, in my humble opinion, the best apple pie recipe ever, vegan or not!

    Vegan Pumpkin Pie

Slice of Vegan Pumpkin Pie Topped with Whipped Topping and Cinnamon.

Pumpkin pie is a must-have for the holidays! And since it is a custard-based pie, it must be difficult to make without eggs, right?

Nope! This vegan pumpkin pie recipe is as simple as can be, and uses easy to find ingredients. I've also been told by vegans and non-vegans that it was the best pumpkin pie they ever had!

    Vegan Pecan Pie

This vegan pecan pie is just about the ultimate in decadence! It's made with crunchy pecans embedded in a gooey, caramelly, custard filling. The fact that it's made without eggs not only makes this pie totally vegan, but also way easier to make than a traditional pecan pie!

    Cookies

    Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies on a white plate.

I don't know about you, but oatmeal raisin cookies were my absolute favorite when I was a kid, so I absolutely had to veganize the classic recipe that I grew up enjoying. With oats, raisins, nuts, spices, and that chewy texture we all love, these vegan oatmeal raisin cookies taste just like the ones you grew up eating, but are made without any eggs or dairy.

    Vegan Snickerdoodles

White Wooden Surface Set with Tea Cup and Plate of Vegan Snickerdoodles.

Have you ever had a snickerdoodle? It's kind of like an extra chewy, slightly tangy sugar cookie that's coated in a delightful cinnamon sugar coating. These cookies are perfect for everything from fall snacking to holiday gifting, and they're absolutely heavenly when dunked in a big glass of almond milk.

If you love the flavor of gingerbread, these cookies are for you! Fall is the perfect time to enjoy a couple of these with a hot beverage (dunking highly encouraged!).
