Each weekly plan includes 5 delicious vegan dinner recipes that are specifically selected to make meal prep smooth and easy.
Plans include complete lists for the entire week, including every ingredient you'll need.
I'll tell you exactly what recipe steps can be done in advance, saving you time on those busy weeknights.
How It Works
1. Check Your Plan
Check the app and choose a meal plan for the week. Four to five new plans are added every month. Find a new one you like, or stick with an old favorite.
2. Customize It
If any of the recipes on the plan don't work for you, simply swap them out with other recipes from our database. You can also increase or decrease the number of recipes on any plan.
3. Edit the Grocery List
Review the list and cross off any ingredients that you already have on hand. You can also add other food items you need to the list.

Each meal plan includes five recipes by default, but you have the ability to customize your plans to include more or fewer meals if you'd like.
No problem at all! You can easily switch any recipe out with another recipe from our database!
We're currently only creating dinner plans. However, the recipe database does include lunch recipes, so you can easily customize a dinner plan by replacing any or all of the dinner recipes with recipes that are more suitable for lunch.
We currently have over 100 recipes in the database, and are adding new ones every day!
Each meal plan recipe serves 4 to 6 people, but can be scaled up or down with the touch of a button if you need to feed a different number of people. You can also delete one or more recipes from a plan if you'd like to enjoy any of the dishes as leftovers on a second or third night.
All of our plans are vegan. We currently don't have plans for individuals with additional dietary restrictions (such as gluten-free, oil-free, low carb), but many of our recipes can be modified to meet these restrictions. If you have a dietary restriction that you'd like us to offer plans for, please send an email to email@example.com. If there's enough demand for your particular diet, we'll start offering plans for it!
The Pro Plan is a web-based app, meaning you log into the app via a web browser. This allows you to access the app from any device (computer, tablet or phone!) and ensures that will never have to update the app in the app store.
Simply visit your account page and navigate to subscriptions, located on the left side of the screen. Click the three dots located on the right of your subscription and select "cancel" from the drop down menu.
