HOW IT'S MADE 1. Stir the filling ingredients together.

2. Assemble the wontons.

3. Sauté garlic and ginger in oil.

4. Add broth and bring it to a boil.

5. Boil the wontons in the broth.

6. Add napa cabbage.

7. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
