This mushroom pâté is packed with savory flavor and is surprisingly simple to make!

How to make a Vegan Mushroom Pâté

1. Cook the mushrooms in vegan butter until lightly browned. 2. Remove the mushrooms, & cook the shallot in butter until softened.

3. Add the garlic, sherry, thyme, and cooked mushrooms. Bring to a simmer. 4. Transfer the cooled mixture to a food processor, along with the walnuts & truffle oil.

How to make a Vegan Mushroom Pâté

5. Blend until it's as smooth as you like it.  6. Season & serve immediately or chill for later. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
