Strawberry Spinach Salad

This strawberry spinach salad is full of flavor and super easy to make! Refreshing and delicious, with a burst of sweetness. Serve it as a show-stealing side dish or make a meal of it by adding some protein!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh spinach
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled, cleaned, and halved
  • ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup poppy seed dressing (or as needed)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Place the spinach into a large salad bowl, then place the strawberries, pecans and avocado on top.
  • Drizzle the salad with dressing and toss to distribute the ingredients.
  • Sprinkle the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide onto plates and serve.

Notes

Serves 4 as a side dish.
