Strawberry Spinach Salad
This strawberry spinach salad is full of flavor and super easy to make! Refreshing and delicious, with a burst of sweetness. Serve it as a show-stealing side dish or make a meal of it by adding some protein!

- 8 ounces fresh spinach
- 16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled, cleaned, and halved
- ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ cup poppy seed dressing (or as needed)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Place the spinach into a large salad bowl, then place the strawberries, pecans and avocado on top.
Drizzle the salad with dressing and toss to distribute the ingredients.
Sprinkle the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide onto plates and serve.
