This decadent frozen nice cream is made with creamy blended up frozen bananas, with crunchy pretzels, rich chocolate and peanut butter. A sweet indulgence, that takes all of five minutes to make!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 4 ripe frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup vegan mini pretzels
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate chips by microwaving in 30 second increments or heating on stovetop. Remove from heat and set aside. Allow to cool for a few minutes, but do not allow mixture to solidify.
  2. Place bananas and vanilla into blender and blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down sides of pitcher as needed. Add melted chocolate chips, pretzels and peanut butter to pitcher. Pulse just to break up pretzels and incorporate into mixture. Do not over blend. You may need to fold pretzels in a bit with a spatula.
  3. Divide into bowls and serve immediately.
