HOW IT'S MADE 1. Cut the stem off of your cauliflower. 2. Rub the cauliflower with oil. 3. Cover and roast the cauliflower.

4. Stir oil, garlic, herbs ands salt together while the cauliflower roasts.

5. Spoon the herb mixture over the cauliflower. 6. Roast the cauliflower 10 minutes more.

7. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

8. Slice into wedges and serve.
