This vegan tiramisu is made with layers of coffee-soaked vegan ladyfingers and sweet cashew cheese blended with whipped coconut cream.

HOW IT'S MADE 1. Place the cashew cheese ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Whip the coconut cream with an electric mixer.

4. Fold the cashew mixture into the coconut cream.

5. Dip vegan ladyfingers in expresso and layer with the filling in a baking dish.

6. Top with cinnamon and cocoa powder. 7. Chill, then slice.
