HOW IT'S MADE 1. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil.

2. Sweat veggies in oil. 3. Add seitan. 4. Add flour and garlic.

5. Add wine and simmer. 6. Add broth, non-dairy milk, and seasonings. 7. Simmer.

8. Transfer the filling to an unbaked crust.

9. Top with a second crust. 10. Bake until the filling is bubbly.
