VEGAN PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SANDWICHES
These vegan Philly cheesesteak sandwiches are easy to make and even better than the real deal!
1. Fry sliced onions and peppers in oil for a few minutes, then add garlic and sauté briefly.
HOW THEY'RE MADE
2. Add thinly sliced seitan to the skillet, along with soy sauce and paprika. Fry everything until the seitan pieces start to crisp.
3. Stuff the mixture into torpedo rolls and top with vegan cheese sauce.
If you have leftover vegan Philly cheesesteak filling, it will keep in a sealed container
in the fridge for about 3 days.
