This vegan Chinese curry is made with crispy tofu and veggies in a flavor-packed sauce!

HOW IT'S MADE 1. Bring the sauce to a boil.

2. Add a cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened.

3. Dredge the tofu in cornstarch and fry in oil.

4. Sauté sliced onion.

5. Add bell peppers followed by garlic and ginger. Stir-fry.

6. Add the sauce and bring it to a simmer.

7. Add fried tofu and peas.

8. Remove from heat and add chopped scallions.
