Vegan French Dressing
This vegan French dressing blends up smooth and creamy in minutes. It's way better than store-bought dressing, and made entirely from pantry staples! It's gluten-free too!

- 1 cup organic ketchup
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup organic granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
Place all ingredients into a blender. (Note 1)
Blend until smooth and emulsified.
Taste-test the dressing, add more salt if desired, and adjust any seasonings to suit your taste.
Blend again briefly to incorporate any ingredients you added.
Serve.
- If you don't have a blender, place the ingredients into a large mason jar, cover it tightly with a lid, and shake vigorously.
- This recipe makes about 2 cups of dressing.
