Vegan French Dressing

This vegan French dressing blends up smooth and creamy in minutes. It's way better than store-bought dressing, and made entirely from pantry staples! It's gluten-free too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic ketchup
  • cup olive oil
  • cup organic granulated sugar
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. (Note 1)
  • Blend until smooth and emulsified.
  • Taste-test the dressing, add more salt if desired, and adjust any seasonings to suit your taste.
  • Blend again briefly to incorporate any ingredients you added.
  • Serve.

Notes

  1. If you don't have a blender, place the ingredients into a large mason jar, cover it tightly with a lid, and shake vigorously.
  2. This recipe makes about 2 cups of dressing.
