Garlic and Dill Hemp Cheese
This luxurious vegan hemp cheese is made from creamy blended hemp seeds and flavored with zippy garlic and fresh dill.

- 1 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice about 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. unflavored almond or soy milk
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- ¼ tsp. salt
Place hemp seeds in food processor. Blend to a thick paste, stopping to scrape down the bowl as needed. Blending may take a few minutes.
Add garlic and lemon juice. Blend some more. The seeds should form into a thick, glossy mass.
Add milk, dill and salt. Blend to a smooth, creamy cheese.
