- 1 cup unsweetened unflavored almond or soy milk
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 very ripe frozen banana
- 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. agave or to taste
- 2 tbsp. cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Optional: Stir chia and milk together and allow to sit for a bit, so the chia can soak up the milk. 30 minutes should do it.
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.
