This vegan French dressing blends up smooth and creamy in minutes. It's way better than store-bought dressing, and made entirely from pantry staples! It's gluten-free too!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup organic ketchup
  • cup olive oil
  • cup organic granulated sugar
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. (Note 1)

  2. Blend until smooth and emulsified.

  3. Taste-test the dressing, add more salt if desired, and adjust any seasonings to suit your taste.

  4. Blend again briefly to incorporate any ingredients you added.

  5. Serve.

Recipe Notes
  1. If you don't have a blender, place the ingredients into a large mason jar, cover it tightly with a lid, and shake vigorously.
  2. This recipe makes about 2 cups of dressing.
