These vegan potstickers are fun to make and even more fun to eat!

HOW THEY'RE MADE 1. Sauté the mushrooms.

2. Sauté the aromatics.

3. Add cabbage, carrots, and water chestnuts.

4. Add seasonings and cornstarch.

5. Stuff the filling into dumpling wrappers.

6. Pan-fry the potstickers in oil.

7. Add water and cover. 8. Steam the potstickers.

9. Serve with dipping sauce.
