This scrumptious vegan pasta Primavera can be on the table in about 30 minutes!

HOW IT'S MADE 1. Boil pasta. Add broccoli and asparagus. 2. Drain the pasta and veggies together.

3. Sweat carrot and onion in olive oil. 4. Add garlic.

5. Add white wine. 6. Simmer.

7. Add coconut milk, lemon juice, zucchini, and sundried tomatoes. 8. Simmer.

9. Add pasta, broccoli, asparagus, and peas.

10. Remove from heat. 11. Add basil and lemon zest.

12. Serve with vegan Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
