These vegan ladyfingers are light, crispy, and deliciously sweet!

HOW THEY'RE MADE 1. Whisk the dry ingredients together.

2. Cream butter, sugar, aquafaba and vanilla together.

3. Place additional aquafaba in a large mixing bowl. Beat to soft peaks.

4. Beat sugar into the aquafaba.

5. Fold the butter mixture into the aquafaba mixture.

6. Fold the flour mixture into the aquafaba mixture.

7. Pipe the dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake.
