These delicious vegan cinnamon rolls are bursting with gooey spiced filling & smothered in sweet vanilla glaze.

The buns can be assembled a day in advance & then popped in the oven just before serving.

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE DOUGH – 1 cup  non-dairy milk – 1 package dry yeast – 6 tbsp vegan butter – ¼ cup sugar – 2 tsp vanilla extract – 3 ½ cups flour – 1 teaspoon salt

TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE:

 I recommend getting the rolls out of the pan while they're still warm, as the sugary filling tends to harden and make them stick once it cools down.

If you want to experiment with even more additional spices and flavors, try some allspice, cardamom and/or orange zest.
