This vegan bread pudding is super easy to make and even easier to eat!

HOW IT'S MADE 1. Heat coconut milk, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan. 2. Add cornstarch slurry.

3. Continue heating until the mixture thickens.

4.  Pour the mixture over bread and spoon pecan topping over everything.

5. Bake until the pudding is bubbly. 6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

7. Serve alone, or with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream!
