This Italian lentil soup is made with juicy tomatoes, zesty herbs, veggies and pasta.

HOW IT'S MADE 1. Sweat diced onion, celery and carrots in olive oil. Add garlic.

2. Stir in the broth, lentils, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes.

3. Simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Add diced tomatoes and pasta.

5. Continue simmering until the pasta is tender.

6. Remove the rosemary and season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
