HOW IT'S MADE 1. Sweat sliced shallots in a wok or skillet.

2. Stir-fry diced bell pepper and carrots.

3. Add garlic.

4. Add cooked rice and sauce.

5. Stir-fry.

5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil.
