Satisfy your sweet cravings in minutes with this vegan chocolate mug cake. You can make it with just a handful of ingredients that you probably have on hand!
Stir the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together in a microwave-safe mug.
Add the milk, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla. Stir until completely blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Microwave the mug for 1 minute, then check to see if it's done. If not, continue microwaving in 15 second intervals.
Let the cake cool briefly, the serve it inside the mug with a spoon. Be careful when digging in, as mug cakes can be very ho inside! Optionally top it with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream.
