Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with an s-blade.

  2. Blend for a few seconds, until the mixture resembles Parmesan cheese.

  3. Taste-test and adjust any seasonings to your liking.

  4. Serve immediately or store in sealed container in the refrigerator or freezer.
