Ingredients
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper hot sauce, Frank's works best for this recipe
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • fresh chives, for topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, top with chives if using, and serve with pita bread, chips or veggies.
