This decadent vegan smoothie is flavored with vanilla and rich sesame tahini with a sprinkling of cinnamon. The perfect summer treat.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unflavored soy or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • agave or maple syrup to taste optional
  • cinnamon for sprinkling
  1. Place all ingredients except cinnamon into blender. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of pitcher as needed.
  2. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Serve.
