These Cajun sloppy Joes are made with spicy, saucey crumbled tempeh.

Place oil in medium skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, garlic and tempeh. Sauté 5 minutes more.

Add remaining ingredients (except for buns!). Stir and bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, until heated throughout, adding a bit of water if it becomes too dry.

Divide mixture onto buns. Season with additional hot sauce.
