For the Base Layer

peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes

raisins

For the Oat Crumble Topping

rolled oats
optionally gluten free

pecans

Preheat oven to 350°.

Lightly oil or coat with cooking spray a 9 x 9 baking dish or 10 inch cast iron skillet.

Place all base layer ingredients in baking dish or skillet and stir until completely mixed. Spread in an even layer.

Stir oat crumble topping ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over base layer.

Bake 40-45 minutes, until pears are tender and oats are lightly browned.
