These vegan brûléed sweet potatoes are made from a creamy mixture of spiced mashed sweet potatoes and coconut milk, topped with a crispy brown sugar crust.
This recipe makes a relatively small batch. Use an 11 inch X 7 inch dish or a 14 inch cast iron skillet if doubling.br]Save time the day of serving by preparing the mashed sweet potatoes the day before. Warm in the microwave or stovetop the day of serving, transfer to baking vessel, top with brown sugar and broil.
