This grilled almond butter mango sandwich is a rich, sweet and decadent crispy grilled panini that makes a delicious breakfast, lunch or snack!

Slather each bread slice with half of your almond butter.
Sprinkle each almond butter layer with half of your cinnamon.
Arrange mango slices over one of your almond buttered bread slices, then place the other over mango, almond butter side down.
Brush skillet with olive oil to coat and place over medium heat.
Place sandwich in skillet and cook until browned on bottom, about 3 minutes.
Flip and cook on the other side, until browned, about 3 minutes.
