Ingredients
  • 1 very ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • a few cacao nibs for sprinkling, optional
Instructions
  1. Place avocado pulp in a small mixing bowl and mash well with a fork or potato masher. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
