Ingredients
1cupunsweetenedunflavored almond or soy milk
1tbsp.chia seeds
1very ripe frozen banana
2tbsp.natural peanut butter
1tbsp.agaveor to taste
2tbsp.cocoa or cacao powder
1tbsp.vanilla extract
Instructions
Optional: Stir chia and milk together and allow to sit for a bit, so the chia can soak up the milk. 30 minutes should do it.
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.
