Two ingredients are all you need to make this super easy vegan cashew cream! It whips up in minutes and is the perfect dairy-free substitute for heavy cream in your favorite recipes.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water 4-8 hours, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup water, plus more as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
Instructions
  1. Place the cashews and 1/4 cup of water into the bowl of a food processor fitted with an s-blade.

  2. Blend to a smooth paste, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.

  3. Add additional water, a bit at a time and blending between additions until the desired consistency is reached.

  4. Season with salt and blend in any additional seasonings, if using.
