This strawberry oat smoothie is made with rich coconut milk, juicy strawberries and healthy oats. It's rich, creamy and completely satisfying!

Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups strawberries optionally frozen as well
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup unflavored soy or almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut milk or another ½ cup soy or almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place bananas, strawberries and oats in blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of pitcher as needed.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
