HOW IT'S MADE 1. Sauté mushrooms in oil.

2. Sweat onions, carrots and celery in oil. 3. Add garlic and flour.

4. Stir in broth, stout, and seasonings. Simmer. 5. Add dumpling dough, cover, and continue cooking.
