HOW IT'S MADE 1. Boil potatoes and raw cashews together. 2. Transfer them to a food processor with seasonings, and blend.

3. Simmer white wine in a pot.

4. Add the potato and cashew mixture to the wine.

5. Simmer everything a few minutes more.

6. Transfer to a fondue pot. 7. Serve with forks and accompaniments for dipping.
