3. Stir in garlic, ginger, curry paste, & cinnamon. Sauté for about 1 minute. 4. Stir in pumpkin, coconut milk, and brown sugar. Raise the heat & bring the liquid to a boil.

5. Lower the heat & cover the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on, then remove the lid & continue simmering for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Remove the pot from heat & stir in basil, lime juice & salt.  7. Serve the curry over rice with cashews on top.
