These vegan burrito bowls are made with spicy tofu and black beans over a bed or rice with salsa and creamy guacamole!

HOW THEY'RE MADE 1. Pan-fry diced tofu in some oil.

2. Sweat diced onion in oil.

3. Add garlic and spices.

4. Add black beans and tomato sauce.

5. Simmer.

6. Add the tofu.

7. Add the filling to bowls with rice, guacamole, salsa, cilantro, and/or scallions.
