These potato wedges are easy to make and perfect as a side dish or appetizer!

HOW THEY'RE MADE 1. Slice potatoes into wedges. 2. Soak in water.

3. Drain. 4. Toss with olive oil and spices.

5. Air fry until crispy, turning halfway through.

6. Serve with chives and dipping sauce.

LEFTOVERS Leftover air fryer potato wedges will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for about 4 days. I don't recommend freezing them, as freezing can mess with the texture of potatoes.
