I guess I’ve been busy, because this post is over a week old and I forgot to share it with you guys. And the fact that I’m busy just demonstrates why I need this recipe in my life.
Overnight oats. Have you tried them? Kind of brilliant if you ask me. Throw your oatmeal ingredients into a jar, stick it in the fridge overnight, and breakfast is ready and waiting for you in the morning. It’s certainly much healthier than prepackaged convenience-based breakfasts, and this particular recipe is extra healthy, with a little dose of antioxidants from matcha green tea powder and omega 3’s from chia seeds.
