Quick warning: things might get a little out of hand with the barbecue sauce recipes over the next few months. It’s good stuff and I’ve got ideas-a-plenty. Korean barbecue sauce is particularly near and dear to my heart. It’s barbecue sauce made even better, because it’s loaded with sesame, ginger and lots of heat. I haven’t been able to partake in a whole lot of authentic Korean barbecue, for obvious reasons. So I went and took matters into my own hands, my making a meatless Korean barbecue sandwich with jackfruit.
